Fix reporting metrics from several processes

Fixed

• Report cumulative counter and histogram metrics correctly when several processes send a metric with the same name and attributes. Before this change, applications running several processes, such as web server workers, would lose data points or report incorrect values for them.

This release can be installed through our collector packages and Docker image.
