However, our values, beliefs, and mission revolve around people. We hope that this policy provides a small degree of relief for individuals and those they care for.
In practice, we offer a (recurring) 3-month 100% discount to customers who reach out about being affected by a humanitarian crisis. Though there isn't some magic list of "qualifying crises," we know what's going on in the world based on the information provided by, e.g., the websites of various NGOs. When in doubt, we're generous instead of cautious.
Before the above three months have passed, we enquire about the current situation – if not obvious – and continuously extend the 100% discount for another three months when needed.
