About The Role
We're seeking a GTM Engineer/Marketing Operations Manager to work at the intersection of marketing, revenue, operations, and technology. You'll be the architect of our go-to-market technology stack, designing automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows that directly influence GTM efficiency and goals while scaling our developer-focused growth engine.
This isn't your typical marketing ops role. You'll be part campaign manager, part automation engineer, part sales strategist, and part marketing technologist. One day you might be building AI-powered workflows, the next you'll be implementing automated lead systems using intent signals, and then you'll dive deep into product analytics to optimize our conversion funnels and reduce customer acquisition costs.
As a highly visible member of our GTM team reporting directly to the CMO. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product CS, and Engineering teams, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts pipeline generation, deal velocity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Technology Stack & Automation
- Design and maintain a robust GTM tech stack to streamline prospecting and scale developer outreach.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that integrate marketing, sales, and RevOps systems (lead capture, outreach, scoring, routing).
- Automate repetitive tasks with platforms like Zapier, n8n, Clay, and custom scripts.
AI-Driven Personalization & Efficiency
- Implement AI tools to generate personalized content and outbound messaging.
- Leverage AI-driven prospecting tools and dynamic segmentation to target high-intent developers.
- Build intelligent lead scoring models using engagement, product usage, and behavioral data.
Performance Optimization & Revenue Impact
- Continuously optimize GTM systems to meet revenue goals:
- Pipeline generation: automate qualified developer lead generation.
- Conversion rates: improve lead-to-deal conversion with enrichment & AI optimization.
- Deal velocity: shorten sales cycles from first touch to closure.
Insights & Experimentation
- Run structured GTM experiments with real-time data and intent signals.
- Lead quarterly innovation initiatives (AI-driven prospecting, automation, new engagement channels).
ICP Developer Targeting
- Analyze products & customer data to create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Build automated systems to identify companies with relevant tech stacks or growth signals.
- Enrich prospect data (funding, tech stack, team size).
- Develop account-based marketing automation for high-value developer teams.
Qualifications
- Technical Foundation: 3+ years in revenue/marketing operations, growth engineering, or GTM roles (B2B SaaS or developer tools ideal).
- GTM Tech Competence:
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft)
- AI-driven prospecting (Clay, ChatGPT)
- Automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Workato)
- Data enrichment & lead management solutions
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis, experimental design, and attribution.
- Background in product-led growth and self-service conversion optimization.
- Hands-on familiarity with GTM AI tools (Clay, UnifyGTM, CommonRoom, Keyplay, Rb2b, 6sense).
Bonus:
- Familiarity with developer workflows, observability/APM, or DevOps terminology.
- Web development experience (coding background a plus).
