Fix trace grouping and ignore noisy traces

Fixed

• Fix an issue where certain noisy traces would not be ignored on Next.js and Flask.
• Fix an issue where traces representing requests performed from different HTTP ports on the client's end would be grouped as different traces.

This release can be installed through our collector packages and Docker image.
